• NORMAL PIZZA

Round pizza with a diameter between 32-33cm. In this format it is possible to order only one flavor (for example only Capricciosa flavor)

• MAXI PIZZA

Round pizza with a diameter between 45-46cm dedicated to families or groups of people. In this format it is possible to order one or two flavors of your choice (for example half Capricciosa flavor + half Diavola flavor).

• CROCCHIAGUSTO™ PIZZA

Rectangular shaped pizza of about 30x22cm. All the pizzas in the BonGustaio price list can be requested with the CROCCHIAGUSTO™ dough. The pizza alla pala will have a rectangular shape, it will be taller and crunchier due to the high percentage of water put into the dough and very light thanks to a double leavening.
