Account Deletion
How to delete your BonGustaio account
You can delete your BonGustaio account at any time, either from the ordina.bongustaio.it website or from the BonGustaio app for Android and iOS. The process is free, immediate, and only takes a few steps.

Log in to your account
Log in using your credentials, then click the user icon (the person icon in the top-right corner) or your name in the top-right corner, next to "Log out". Alternatively, go directly to the page ordina.bongustaio.it/account.

Open "Account settings"
In your account dashboard, click Account settings.

Click "Delete account"

Confirm the deletion
A message will appear asking "Are you sure you want to delete your account?". Click CONFIRM to complete the deletion, or CANCEL if you have changed your mind.

What happens after deletion
This action is permanent and irreversible: your account and all associated data will be deleted, and you will lose access to all service features, including saved content and preferences (such as your loyalty card, coupons, orders, and saved addresses).
Can’t access your account?
If you can’t log in or would prefer to request deletion manually, contact us through the Contact page and provide the email address you used to register. We will process your request as soon as possible.
